What To Expect During Your Visit

Kanisa Fellowship strives to create one simple environment: Come As You Are. You do not have to be anyone else. We want to meet you. Our hope is that you will notice this immediately once you walk into the doors of our church. We want you to experience our genuine smiles, firm handshakes, and unconditional acceptance.

Here is a list of tips and information that will help enhance your visit with us:

Service Times

We start worship on Saturday mornings at 11:00am.  We finish our services at 1:30pm.  We are here for a good time but not a long time.  Sometimes we offer a hot lunch in our Fellowship hall after service.  Feel free to stay.

Music

We love interactive and expressive worship. God is passionate about His people. This in turn, makes us passionate about Him. From sacred hymns to hand clapping gospel music, we do it all when we worship our awesome God.  Check out our band and praise team, they are a treat to listen to and worship with.

Sermons

During each sermon, Pastor Dell’Erba strives to engage the audience through a very emotional and challenging sermon every Sabbath. Each sermon delivers practical application of God’s word, valuable life lessons, and is always derived from the scriptures of the Holy Bible.

Bible Study

We have a 1-hour Bible study period for everyone.  The adults can join the Adult Bible Study in the main sanctuary.  The youth get together in the Youth Chapel on the west side of the building.  In the lower classrooms, our precious children are taught by caring pre-screened adults that create precious learning moments for our kids.

Prayer

Kanisa Fellowship is a praying church! The Scriptures tell us that “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.” – Isaiah 56:7.  We believe that prayer moves the hand of God to intervene on our behalves. At Kanisa, we have a special prayer time in the service called Furnace Prayer as well as weekly online corporate prayer meetings.

People

The makeup at Kanisa Fellowship is very eclectic. Ranging from a diverse group of individuals of varying ethnicities, blended families, interracial couples, singles, seniors, youth and kids, Kanisa Fellowship embodies a vibrant and diverse group that mirrors that of the Kingdom of God.

Dressing

Be comfortable, be yourself! You will find some people dressed in their “Sabbath best,” with suits and ties (formal), and others in jeans and tees (relaxed). We encourage modesty and proper decorum in your attire so that we always show respect for God, the sanctuary and each other.

We care about your heart, not what you wear!

Free WiFi

We welcome you to tap into our free wireless Internet service while at Kanisa Fellowship.  Feel free to hashtag, tag, post, check-in, comment or Instagram while you are with us.  Ask our hospitality team for the password upon your arrival.

Facilities

The facilities at our church are found in a 10,000 square foot building consisting of a main sanctuary, youth chapel, and fellowship hall for eating and social events.

We use our facilities with the hope of fostering community and healthy relationships amongst our members, discipleship through worship and relevant biblical teaching, as well as a basecamp for community outreach.

Giving

We believe that followers of Jesus Christ are called to give of their resources for the advancement of the gospel in our community and the world at large. Giving for the believer is an act of worship. We take deep joy in being able to give financially towards the mission of the cross.

During services we have an opportunity for you to give called “Seed Time”. There is also giving kiosk located in the lobby church, if you would like to give through your debit card.
